We typically organize four major ski trips each ski season. These trips are generally for one week to a popular western U.S. location (e.g., Mammoth Mountain, Steamboat Springs, Alta). Additionally, we participate in major trips sponsored by the San Diego Ski Council and the Far West Ski Association to both domestic and foreign destinations.

The best way to sign up for club trips is to attend  the monthly meetings and get the latest status and trip information from the trip leaders.  Our "Ski Chatter" newsletter also contains detailed trip information.

 

Salt Lake City trip:  Dec. 13 - 17, 2007    Trip leader: Darlene Little  (858-679-7734)           

This will be our 13th annual ski trip to Utah - the continuation of a great tradition!!

1st Mammoth Mid-week trip:  Jan. 6 - 11, 2008    Trip leader: Noni Henning (619-437-8941)

One of our most popular trips. This was formerly our Technique Week which was a  great way to improve your skiing and/or snowboarding  ability and confidence in a fun environment.  This trip will not require you to sign up for lessons. But, they are available. If there are enough sign ups we may get a group rate. The price  includes round trip bus transportation and five nights of lodging.

2nd Mammoth Mid-week trip:  Feb. 3 - 8, 2008    Trip leader: Rodgers Magee (858-272-0471)

Repeated again this year to take advantage of the Mammoth season pass (for those who have one).

 

 

3rd Mammoth Mid-week trip:  March 9 - 14, 2008    Trip leader: Carl Tatina (858-560-5963)

Breckenridge, Colorado trip: February 17 - 23, 2008    Trip Leader:  Connie Smith (619-442-4924)

The price is $1040. It does not include Lifts. We always have a mix of seniors/adults, and the lifts are interchangeable with nearby ski areas. We will have 2br/2ba condos close to the lifts, almost ski in ski out. If you need a flyer please call or email me at conniebsmith@earthlink.net .  We will fly into Denver and bus to Breckenridge ( about 2 hrs). Round trip air and bus, condos are included. Lift tickets will be extra.
