Roy the wine connoisseur and chef
Roy was a true wine connoisseur and hosted numerous wine tasting parties and trips. He had the unique ability to detect the blackberry scent in a glass of vintage cabernet at 10 paces ! And he loved to cook. He could create a gourmet meal sometimes from the most unlikely ingredients (e.g., those that just happened to be in the condo kitchen during a ski trip).
Wine tasting can be very serious business
